Admissions and Services
St Luke’s Home is a non-profit organization that provides high-quality levels of service and care for its community members who may have limited financial means. The community includes 64 studio apartments, some are double occupancy, located on the edge of the University of Arizona and serves females, males, and couples.
St Luke’s Home Residents:
- Are 55 years of age or older.
- Can intervene on their own behalf in a crisis.
- Cognitively independent and able to participate in care provided
- Can move about their apartments and the community independently (may have an assistive device, wheelchair, walker and/or cane, but must be able to transfer and ambulate independently.) No motorized wheelchairs or scooters allowed in the community.
Monthly Rates
- Private room with private bath/shower: $3,500
- Jack and Jill Room: $2,500 (private living space with shared bathroom/shower for two)
- All rooms are 192 square feet
The Monthly Rent includes these features and services:
- Room (some furniture if needed) and all utilities
- Care Partner support available 24/7
- Life plan development and support
- All meals, snacks, and beverages
- Full calendar of activities and amenities
- Housekeeping and facility maintenance
St Luke’s Home Services include:
- Supervisory and Personal levels of care
- Three nutritious meals daily and snacks
- Medication administration and assistance with medications
- 24-hour awake certified caregivers
- Weekly housekeeping service
- Scheduled transportation for shopping
- Robust activity programming
